- Open the pause menu in-game
- Open Settings — the gear icon
- Go to the Account tab
- Choose Gift Code Redemption
- Type or paste the code, then press Redeem
Codes are case-sensitive. That is the usual reason a code that should work does not — one of the codes above is upper case and the rest are lower. Rewards arrive in the in-game mailbox, not directly in your bags, so check there before assuming a code failed.
There is no web redemption portal. Most games of this kind have one, so it is the thing readers arrive expecting — if a site offers you a link to "redeem on the Aniimo website", it is describing a page that does not exist.
